You must be able to enter a lawful purchase agreement and provide accurate information. If acting for another person or business, you represent that you have authority to do so.

If account functionality is available, provide accurate current information and protect your credentials. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We make reasonable efforts to present descriptions, photographs, materials, dimensions, prices, and availability accurately. Avelmeron™ offers household cleaning and home-care products. Colors may vary due to photography, lighting, and screens; measurements and finishes may have reasonable variation. Read the product listing for its specific intended use and included items. We may correct errors or update listings.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automatic confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean final acceptance. Payment verification, inventory, fraud checks, and fulfillment review may be needed. We may reasonably refuse, limit, or cancel orders for payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, obvious pricing errors, legal or shipping restrictions, or inability to fulfill. Any amount already collected for a canceled order will be refunded.

Prices are in USD unless another currency is shown. Before payment, checkout displays applicable product prices, shipping, tax, discounts, and total. You represent that you may use your selected payment method and authorize the transaction. See Payment & Security.

Orders normally process in 2–4 business days after payment confirmation, or up to 5 during busy periods. Estimated standard U.S. carrier transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates; available options and costs appear at checkout. See Shipping Policy.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery, subject to policy conditions. Once an approved return is received, inspected, and approved, we initiate the eligible refund to the original method within 5–10 business days; provider posting may take longer. No restocking fee applies. Shipping treatment depends on the return reason. See Return & Refund Policy.

Inspect promptly and contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery for damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items. Include order number and relevant product, packaging, and label photos or videos. Confirmed errors attributable to us will be addressed through an appropriate solution without additional costs caused by the error.

Ask as soon as possible. We will reasonably try to assist before fulfillment, but cannot guarantee changes after processing, packing, shipment preparation, or dispatch. No cancellation fee applies when successfully canceled before fulfillment.

Offers may be limited by expiry, eligibility, minimum spend, exclusions, availability, and usage limits. Unless stated otherwise, promotions are not redeemable for cash and may not be combined. Apply codes before completing checkout.

Use products lawfully and according to descriptions, care details, specifications, and safety instructions. Household cleaning tools and accessories should be used only for their intended purpose; keep small parts away from children where applicable. Do not mix or use cleaning substances contrary to their manufacturer’s instructions.

Contact us before unusually large, wholesale, or commercial resale orders to confirm availability and terms. Resale does not authorize anyone to claim to be an official distributor, agent, partner, or authorized retailer without written permission.

The brand name, website design, graphics, photographs, product presentation, text, and other original content are owned or licensed by the store operator and protected where applicable. Personal lawful shopping use is allowed. Unauthorized copying, republication, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited except where law permits.

If submitting a review, image, or comment, ensure it is accurate, lawful, and respects others’ rights. Voluntary content submitted for publication grants us a nonexclusive worldwide royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display it in operating, promoting, and improving the store, subject to law and our Privacy Policy. We may remove unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, infringing, sensitive, or irrelevant content.

Do not commit fraud; submit unauthorized payment information; interfere with security or availability; introduce malicious code; collect user data without authority; infringe others’ rights; or misrepresent a relationship with Avelmeron™. We may restrict access or cancel affected orders when needed.

The store uses Shopify and may rely on third-party payment, shipping, analytics, communications, and other providers. Third-party links and services may have their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, disasters, carrier disruption, transportation restrictions, labor disputes, government action, customs, infrastructure failure, major technical outages, or similar events beyond reasonable control. We will reasonably communicate and address affected orders.

To the extent permitted by law, website services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages to the fullest lawful extent. Nothing removes consumer rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

These Terms and purchases are subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer protections. Contact support first to seek a good-faith resolution. This does not limit available legal remedies.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, remaining terms apply to the extent permitted. Delay in enforcement does not necessarily waive a right.

We may update these Terms when our services, practices, technology, policies, or legal requirements change. The revised terms will be posted here.
